The Ives is a modern grill room inspired by the architectural and cultural legacy of the historic Chicago Athletic Association, named for the building’s original architect, Henry Ives Cobb. Created in collaboration with Chef Partner Chris Pandel and Boka Restaurant Group, it reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship, simplicity, and a strong sense of place. The menu reimagines classic American dining through a contemporary lens, with seasonal ingredients and refined, straightforward technique, with thoughtful tableside moments including carved prime rib, composed relishes, and desserts finished in front of the guest. The space feels both intimate and inviting, ideal for everything from a quick bar bite to a celebratory meal.
