Midōsuji is an intimate 8-seat nouvelle omakase from Boka Restaurant Group, located in the historic Chicago Athletic Association. Inspired by Osaka and Chicago, Chef Partner Brian Lockwood’s seasonal tasting menu blends Japanese influence with French techniques. A restored 1930s microbar and modern Japanese design frame a beverage program of wine, sake, and cocktails crafted to pair seamlessly. With two seatings nightly at 6:00PM and 8:30PM, guests enjoy a rare chance to engage directly with the chef team in a setting that honors tradition, creativity, and hospitality.
