A northern California native, Taylor Crowley is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Boka Restaurant Group. Growing up in a family business that specialized in custom event planning, Taylor found an early calling to the world of hospitality.

Crowley attended Miami University and graduated with a degree in business marketing and a minor in entrepreneurship. She moved to Chicago in 2003, and gained experience working at the Four Seasons Chicago as a Catering Assistant before taking over as the Catering Manager on the opening team for the Elysian Hotel (now Waldorf Astoria Chicago). While at the hotel, Crowley quickly moved up the ranks to become the luxury property’s Director of Catering. Crowley joined Boka Restaurant Group as the Director of Events for the J. Parker and the former Perennial Virant, overseeing all aspects of private events for the two Lincoln Park concepts.

In October 2015, Crowley transitioned to join the corporate team, and began developing the marketing department for Boka Restaurant Group. In this role, Crowley leads all marketing efforts for the brand which includes social media, in-house graphic design and photography, coordination of marketing events, brand standards, and more. Additionally, Crowley oversees the private events teams at the different restaurants, along with leading business development and sales initiatives for Boka Restaurant Group.
